Quiet Growth Guided Implementation

Build a Business That Can Keep Working When You Can’t Give It 100%

A four-month group program for experienced women business owners whose businesses require more energy, attention, or availability than they can sustainably give.

You’ll identify the mismatches creating unnecessary strain, choose the changes that matter most for your business, and implement better-fit offers, processes, and systems with practical tools and ongoing guidance. There’s no rigid curriculum or one-size-fits-all blueprint. You’ll work on the path your business and your capacity actually require.

You started your business because you’re good at what you do.

But running your business shouldn’t require you to operate at full capacity all the time.

You need to understand:

  • Which parts of the business are taking more from you than they return

  • Whether your offers support both your income goals and your capacity

  • Why marketing, delivery, or administration stops when your energy drops

  • What could be simplified, automated, redesigned, or removed

  • Which change would create the most meaningful difference now

Quiet Growth Guided Implementation helps you identify where your business and the way you need to work are mismatched. Then make practical changes with guidance instead of carrying the implementation alone.

No rigid blueprint. No pressure to change everything at once. No expectation that someone else’s preferred strategy should work for you.

Just practical tools, thoughtful guidance, and implementation support to help you build a business that is profitable, sustainable, and able to function through low-capacity days.

What's Included in Your Four-Month Program

Two Private Consulting Sessions
We’ll use one Business Mapping Session near the beginning and one Decision & Adjustment Session later in the program. These give you a private place to discuss sensitive information, including finances, or work through an implementation obstacle.

Live Group Implementation and Q&A Sessions
Bring questions, decisions, and roadblocks from the work you’re doing. Sessions are practical and participant-led rather than built around a rigid weekly curriculum. Recordings are available during the program if you can’t attend live.

The Quiet Growth Resource Library
Use practical assessments, calculators, decision tools, templates, and processes as they become relevant to your path. You’ll also receive access to new and updated resources added during your program.

Written Support Inside Heartbeat
Ask questions, share progress, and get guidance in the program space between calls. You’ll never be required to share private business information with the group.

Four Months in the Quiet Growth Community
Connect with other experienced women building businesses around their actual capacity. At the end of the program, you can leave with the materials specific to your business or continue in the Quiet Growth Collective for ongoing access, resources, community, and group support.

How Guided Implementation Works

This isn’t a course where everyone follows the same lessons on the same schedule. You’ll move through the Quiet Growth Method™ based on what your own business needs.

Discover
Complete the Quiet Growth Assessment and identify where your business is creating the most strain, friction, or dependence on your constant capacity.

Diagnose
Use your private Business Mapping Session to understand the central mismatch and decide what deserves attention first.

Design
Choose a better-fit approach and use the relevant Quiet Growth tools and resources to shape it around your business.

Align
Put the change into operation with group guidance, written support, and a private adjustment session when you need to work through sensitive information or a significant roadblock.

Sustain
Test what you’ve changed, make adjustments, and create a way of maintaining it that works during both higher- and lower-capacity periods.

You don’t have to finish every possible business improvement within four months. The goal is to learn how to identify mismatches, make better-fit decisions, and implement meaningful changes without trying to overhaul everything at once.

This Program Is for You If...

  • You’re an experienced woman business owner with existing offers, processes, clients, or past business activity to work with.

  • Your online or service-based business requires more energy, attention, or availability than you can sustainably give it.

  • You’ve experienced a mismatch in your offers, marketing, delivery, systems, capacity, or finances.

  • You’ve tried courses, formulas, or generic business advice that didn’t account for how you actually work.

  • You want to make and implement meaningful changes—not simply collect more information.

  • You have enough capacity to participate in decisions, use the relevant resources, and complete your part of the implementation.

  • You value practical, matter-of-fact guidance and don’t need constant private access or hand-holding.

Why I Created Quiet Growth

I’m Ann Hooper—a CPA, consultant, and autistic and ADHD business owner with more than 15 years of experience in corporate accounting, internal controls, and process improvement, followed by six years of running online businesses of my own.

For years, I could use deadlines, pressure, people-pleasing, and sheer determination to make myself perform. But the cycle of delaying, working furiously, meeting the deadline, and then needing significant recovery became increasingly unsustainable. I eventually left done-for-you bookkeeping because I recognized that the way I had built the business didn’t fit me.

I had bought plenty of courses and followed plenty of expert advice. The strategies weren’t necessarily bad—they were often designed for people with different strengths, energy, and ways of working.

That realization became the foundation of the Quiet Growth Method™: a strategy should fit the person, not require the person to fit the strategy.

I created this program to give experienced women business owners practical tools, thoughtful guidance, and implementation support as they redesign the parts of their businesses that ask too much from them. You don’t need to be neurodivergent to belong here. Your capacity may be affected by disability, illness, caregiving, burnout, introversion, or simply the reality that you don’t want to run your business at full intensity every day.

Investment

The founding-round investment for Quiet Growth Guided Implementation is four monthly payments of $300.

The standard investment for future enrollment will be four monthly payments of $500.

Your investment includes four months of guided implementation support, two private consulting sessions, live group implementation and Q&A sessions, written support inside Heartbeat, and access to the Quiet Growth resource library throughout the program.

Founding participants will be asked to provide honest feedback about their experience so I can continue refining the program. A positive testimonial is never required.

Enrollment is intentionally limited so every participant can receive thoughtful guidance and meaningful implementation support.
